Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Consultant at Hashmato, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions for clients. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to deliver high-quality technical services, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Understand client requirements and design appropriate technical solutions ✅ Implement, configure, and integrate Hashmato products or relevant technologies ✅ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing implementations ✅ Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to deliver solutions ✅ Create technical documentation, user guides, and reports ✅ Assist in pre-sales technical activities, including solution demos and proposals ✅ Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in a technical consulting, software engineering, or solution implementation role Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java, Golang, or relevant to Hashmato’s stack) Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and integration technologies Good understanding of system architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and security best practices Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Preferred: Prior experience with Hashmato products, SaaS platforms, or similar domains Experience in the POS (Point of Sale) industry is a strong advantage Show more Show less
