As a Senior Team Member at Salad Days, your role will involve food preparation, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring station cleanliness. You are expected to take ownership of your workstation, maintain consistency in mise-en-place and food prep, and provide guidance to junior staff. Your accountability, attention to detail, and readiness to support smooth kitchen operations are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of meals, assisting in cooking and assembling dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in your designated station. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety regulations. - Complete mise-en-place preparation and ensure the quality of ingredients before cooking. - Assist in cooking and assembling meals according to set standards. - Support in packing and dispatch tasks when necessary. - Keep your workstation clean and hygienic at all times.
