Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Team Manager based in Bengaluru. The Senior Team Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coaching team members, monitoring sales processes, liaising with clients, and reporting to senior management. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
