The Senior Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with other departments. Additional tasks include staff training, handling customer inquiries, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role, and is located in Muzaffarpur.
