Extensive design experience o f designing circuit schematics and Engineering change management projects for Automotive.Good knowledge of connector inline topology and ground topology.
Gather, interpret, and upload relative Technical Customer Documentation (TCD's) into Electrical Database.
Expertise in circuit simulation, load calculations, Voltage drop calculations, fault findings & design solutions for failures. Ex perience of various change management processes like Engineering Change Requests etc.
Cable definition - assign circuits, define c able gauge, stranding, insulation type, cable colour.
Implementation of unique requirements for circuits as required to protect th e integrity of the signal (e.g. twisting, shielding, voltage rating, voltage drops, max resistance, specifying insulation type for temperature, dynamics, etc.
