Enable the Tax Client Service Teams (CST) on research, compliance, assessments and return filing through a differentiated delivery model.

Corporate Tax Provisioning and TAR Review
Review draft tax provisioning statement for the specified period received from the CST team and documenting comments in Tax Clearance Memo as per the prescribed format
Research for Advisory
Review relevant sections, notifications & circulars, commentaries, internal DPP position, external sources and judicial precedents
Compliance Returns
On time preparation of draft tax computation, BOP and ITR based on the inputs received from the CST and sharing the (.xml) file for upload at their end
Compliance Assessments
Drafting basic responses to notices received under section 143(2) & 142(1) of the Income-tax Act
- Feedback from CST on Tickets and Emails
- Error % - To be within threshold as communicated by PM

Excellent assistance in filing online rectification request with reference to return filed and intimation received
Compliance Litigations
Prompt Support in preparing cover letter, Form 35, grounds of appeal and statement of facts
Meticulous Drafting letter for keeping penalty proceedings in abeyance pending disposal of appeal
Compliance - WHT Orders
Preparation of computation for application under section 197 of the Act
Online data filling in Form 13 in accordance with section 197 of the Act
- Rework % to be within threshold as communicated by PM
- TAT as per SLA agreed with CST from time to time
Quality
- Delivering high quality CST work in light of changing regulatory environment
- Ensure compliance with risk management requirements
- Adherence to operational excellence norms on all work deliverables
- Innovation- Suggest new ideas to make existing work efficent
- Continuous learning and sharpening of technical and other skills / knowledge acquired through training and on the job work experience.
- Number of successful tickets closed with minimal rework
- Feedback from CST on Quality and timeliness to be within threshold as communicated by PM
- Ability to handle multiple tasks or tickets and prioritization
- Feedback from PLs and TLs
- Process improvements suggested and best practices shared
People
- Ensure effective utilization across projects and other SBUs
- Ensure compliance with all office operating procedures-timesheets, dress code, leaves, office time, goal setting, interim and year end reviews.
- Initiatives beyond work
- 100% adherence to L&D initiatives of ICoE
- Cross training on various domains and technologies at ICoE
- Completion of all mandatory trainings
- System generated reports and documented feedback
- Contribution beyond daily work towards Team or ICoE level initiatives

- Continually strive to understand the economic environment(example:latest tax reforms,tax laws, IT Acts and other statutory changes which may affect the clients)in which the business operates and provide excellent client service.
- Broaden skill set by investing in technology / digitalization(example:BOT implementation,automation through excel,PowerBI and other prodcutivity improvement tools) to add value in this dynamic environment
- Being up to date with latest changes in taxation leading to reduced time spent on research by self and TLs on tickets.
- Minimum utilization should be clocked above 80% at all times
- Leverage firm s internal tools and resources to up skill, use automation to save cost or time
- Fungibility displayed leading to better utilization across SBUs
Public Trust
- Awareness about internal & external regulatory / independence requirements and strict compliance to the same
- Completion of all risk / independence/ IT security related trainings and adoption of the same leading to zero incidences of breach
- Proactively inform PM in case of personal independence breaches / violation of code of conduct / company policies at any point in time
