Job Description

BSR & Co Llp is looking for Senior - Tax CIT Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Oversee corporate income tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filing of returns.Review financial data, tax provisions, and deferred tax computations in alignment with statutory requirements.Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize the companys tax position.Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business, advising management accordingly.Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities during reviews or audits.Provide guidance to finance teams on accounting for income taxes and tax provisioning.Support cross-border transactions, M&A, and restructuring projects with corporate income tax expertise.Mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with transfer pricing, BEPS, and other international tax frameworks
