Your Role: Technical Recruiter – Domestic Product Hiring (C2H) You’ll be the driving force behind identifying, attracting, and onboarding top tech talent for some of India’s most respected product-based organizations. : Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles. Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Conduct screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, and fit. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and closures with clients. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. : 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment. Proven track record of hiring for product-based clients. Strong exposure to C2H staffing in the domestic market. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
