Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process for critical corporate functions (GA, Growth, and Marketing) across the India region, ensuring alignment with global headcount plans and ambitious business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive and senior hiring stakeholders, guiding them on effective hiring strategies, streamlined candidate evaluations, market intelligence, and talent engagement.
• Proactively identify opportunities and spearhead the implementation of enhancements to our existing talent acquisition processes, contributing directly to the design of a scalable, full-service hiring model.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent, effectively tapping into previously unexplored talent markets and building robust, diverse pipelines.
• Track and analyse key recruitment metrics, presenting data-driven progress reports and insights to business leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

Experience youll need to be successful

• A minimum of six years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, gained within a high-growth technology or rapidly scaling start-up environment with global recruitment exposure.
• Exceptional ability to manage and influence executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating strong consulting skills and a capacity to drive hiring initiatives forward with initiative and autonomy.
• Proven track record of success in hiring across diverse corporate functions, including General Administrative (GA), Marketing, Sales, and Leadership roles.
• A solutions-driven mindset and agility in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrable ability to handle high-volume pipelines while maintaining focus on candidate quality.
