What will you contribute
Support, administer and maintain and enhance the SendGrid email relay platform; Participate in On-Call escalations, responding to incidents as SME, and assisting to provide resolutions and RCA s; Administration of SendGrid platform, collaborate with multiple teams to onboard, migrate, consolidate existing email relays to SendGrid Platform. Responsible for projects related to SendGrid, periodically work with Finastra product teams, architecture team, vendor support and provide guidance and recommendation on best-practices and standards.
Responsibilities & Deliverable:
Your deliverable will include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsible for solution designs and documentation, SOPs Support ON CALL rotation 24x7 Responsible for SendGrid setup, administration, escalations support, vendor management. Required Experience: Must have 2+ years of experience setting up and administering SendGrid Expertise in operational and incident management/resolution Strong documentation skills Strong architecture and infrastructure design for SendGrid platform - Expertise in PowerShell, IAC, VSTS, API calls/programming,
- 1+ Yrs Azure experience with IaaS, PaaS and OMS ,
- 1+Years experience in Azure DevOps
- Expertise in developing automation and integration using Azure DevOps
Preference given to Expertise in PowerShell, IAC, VSTS, API calls/programming, Azure experience with IaaS, PaaS and OMS, ITIL v3 Education and Soft skills: University degree/College diploma in computer science or a related field of study. Ability to troubleshoot and, diagnose and resolve complex issues Self-motivated individual who enjoys technical challenges and takes pride in delivering high quality work Proven ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment Strong business/technology decision making skills Strong interpersonal skills to effectively influence decisions and positively impact progress Ability to work with a global team, yet work independently Excellent oral communication skills with experience in creating clear concise documentation Strong analytical skills
