Senior System Engineer - IT Services IT Services

Bengaluru, Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

The Candidate should be able to work independently and manage Windows and MacBooks. Good Knowledge of Active Directory, O365 and and Microsoft Intune is a must.

Key Responsibilities :

Experience in managing and troubleshooting MacBooks issues.
Good knowledge of Windows AD, Group Policies and Microsoft Intune.
Good Knowledge of O365
Proven experience as a System Administrator / Engineer in managing Windows laptops and MacBooks.
Experience in managing IT Inventory.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
Experience with troubleshooting issues of laptops hardware.
Basic knowledge of AWS.
Problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Essential Skills :
