Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior System Engineer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems and networks. Daily tasks include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing system administration tasks, providing technical support, and ensuring overall system integrity and performance. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to enhance system designs and optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Experience in System Administration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• knowledge in Fortinet cisco and SonicWALL firewalls
• knowledge in Endpoint AV,EDR,XDR
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified System Engineer, CompTIA Network+)
