Senior System Engineer

• Perform domain join operations for Windows 11 Pro devices.
• Execute user profile migration using tools such as ForensiT ProfWiz to preserve existing user
  

• Set up Microsoft 365 accounts for all users and migrate mailboxes from GoDaddy to Microsoft
  

• Configure Outlook and support email access across devices.
• Migrate files and configure SharePoint & OneDrive for user file storage and collaboration.
• Deploy and configure Palo Alto Prisma endpoint security and enforce corporate security
  

• Install and activate Microsoft Office applications across endpoints.
• Provide post-migration user support (floor-walk style, remote assistance).
• Document migration steps, create user FAQs, and ensure smooth handover to operations.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 administration, domain joins, and profile migrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration (onboarding,
  

• Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and collaboration features.
• Exposure to endpoint security solutions (Palo Alto Prisma preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office deployment and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills for supporting end users in a migration scenario.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (or equivalent).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator / Messaging Administrator.
• Palo Alto Networks PCNSA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in healthcare IT environments is a plus
