Job Description

Responsibilities:

Qualify and manage suppliers per company standards and purchasing controls.
Lead supplier performance assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive SCAPA/NCR processes, manage supplier change requests, and resolve supplier-related issues.
Ensure supplier process qualification/validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and lead PPAP execution.
Provide quality engineering support for New Product Development (NPD) and legacy products.
Define receiving inspection/test method validation requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on PFMEA, MSA, control plans, and quality tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Technical discipline.
8+ years of quality systems experience (medical device supplier management preferred).
Strong written/verbal communication and project management skills.
Ability to work across international, multicultural teams and time zones.
Delivers high-quality work with urgency, adaptability, and accountability.
