Senior Study Abroad Admission Executive cum Counsellor

You are an experienced Senior Study Abroad Admission cum Counsellor responsible for guiding students who aspire to study overseas. Your role includes counseling students, managing admissions processes, and offering expert advice on international universities, courses, visa requirements, and career paths. - Provide personalized counseling to students interested in studying abroad in countries like Australia, Canada, UK, USA, and New Zealand. - Evaluate student profiles to recommend suitable courses, universities, and career paths. - Attend to walk-ins, leads, and referrals promptly and with personalized attention. - Collaborate with university representatives to stay updated on admission criteria, deadlines, scholarships, and changes in immigration policies. - Mentor and assist junior counselors when necessary. - Conduct webinars, seminars, participate in education fairs, and engage in promotional activities. - Maintain accurate student records and regularly update CRM/database. - Meet monthly/quarterly admission targets. - Offer pre-departure assistance and follow up with students post-admission. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any discipline (Education or Counseling-related field preferred). - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in study abroad counseling/admission. - Profound knowledge of university application and visa procedures in key study destinations. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-centric, results-driven, and detail-oriented. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online platforms. Preferred Skills: - Previous experience with overseas education consultancies. - Multilingual proficiency (desired but not mandatory). - Familiarity with student CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, etc. Please Note: The compensation offered will be as per industry standards.,
