Job Description

Job Title:

Senior STIBO STEP MDM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize
STIBO STEP Version 11 MDM/PIM
solutions.
Develop
data models, workflows, user interfaces, and business rules
in the STIBO platform.
Integrate STIBO with
ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM, eCommerce, and data lake
systems.
Define and implement
data governance, stewardship, and data quality
processes.
Perform
data transformations, cleansing, and enrichment
activities.
Provide
technical leadership
and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance
STIBO STEP (Version 11)
performance.
Collaborate with
business teams, data architects, and integration teams
to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years
of hands-on
STIBO STEP MDM/PIM
implementation and development experience.
Strong working experience with STIBO STEP Version 11
(mandatory).
Solid understanding of
MDM concepts, data governance, and data quality management
.
Proficiency in
Java, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, SQL
, and STIBO customization frameworks.
Experience integrating STIBO with
ERP, CRM, and middleware platforms
.
Strong understanding of
product, customer, and supplier data domains
.
Excellent
problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
.

Preferred Skills

STIBO STEP certification (Version 11 preferred)
.
Cloud experience
(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
Experience with
DAM integrations
and
eCommerce syndication
.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Computer Science
,
Information Systems
, or equivalent field.
