You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving daily production bugs/issues, while coordinating with cross-functional and US-based teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues across
ADF, Snowflake, and Databricks
environments.
Perform SQL debugging and data validation to ensure smooth data flow across pipelines.
Collaborate with internal and US-based teams to address issues promptly.
Document recurring issues and create preventive measures for long-term solutions.
Ensure all production processes meet required SLAs and compliance standards.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of
SQL
and query optimization.
Proven debugging and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in resolving daily bugs/issues in
Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake, and Databricks (Spark SQL)
.
Basic understanding of
Snowflake and Databricks
environments.

Work Approach:

Self-managed and proactive in identifying and gathering the required information from different teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Other Requirements:

Flexibility to adjust working hours as per project requirements.
Availability to collaborate with
US teams
, including occasional early-hour coordination.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 -7 years of relevant experience in data support or data engineering roles.
