Key Responsibilities: Counter Service Management: Efficiently handle the day-to-day counter service operations within the food court, ensuring quick and accurate service. Meal Operations Execution: Perform daily counter setup, including preparation and organization for all meal operations (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.). Standard Compliance: Consistently maintain high service and hygiene standards as per Sodexo's guidelines and protocols. Communication: Utilize good communication skills to interact clearly and politely with customers and team members. Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer service focus, ensuring all customer needs are met with professionalism and a positive attitude. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced food court or cafeteria environment. Proven ability to handle counter service and manage daily meal operations. Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards in a food service setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
