Senior Steward

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the stewarding team, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient operations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior stewards, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Operations & Efficiency:
• Coordinate daily activities to maintain smooth and efficient operations in kitchen and dining areas.
• Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and facilities.
• Implement and monitor cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure high standards are met.
• Health, Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Inventory & Supplies Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other consumables.
• Place orders for necessary supplies to maintain stock and operational readiness.
• Coordination & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with culinary teams, service staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns related to cleanliness or service in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintenance & Problem-Solving:
• Inspect and report any maintenance or repair needs for equipment or facilities.
• Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,492.51 - ₹21,620.94 per month
