Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Collaborating with other fellow Product owner group to understand the organization’s needs
• Defining the features of the product according to customer requirements.
• Leading the development process by creating a product roadmap based on this vision.
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
• Serving as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
• Organizing and ranking the items in the product backlog according to requirements.
• Helping the scrum/product development team achieve each sprint’s goals.
• Before the product is released, each iteration is adjusted and improved.
• Locating areas that want improvement.
• Informing stakeholders and customers about the product’s status.
• Collaborate with development teams to drive innovation.
• Your role would also require you to work with team members to identify issues and propose design and methodology improvements
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• At least 10+ years of working experience in SW development.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field like computer science or software engineering
• At least 5+ years of work experience as a Product Owner or a similar role
• Past experience in programming languages (C#, .NET, Python, AngularJS, VueJS, ReactJS, etc.)
• Good understanding of coding languages
• Nice to have a semiconductor domain and life cycle.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and systems design
• Industry certifications like Certified Product Owner
• Excellent understanding of the Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies.
• Another essential ability for product owners is decision-making. The product owner, a senior member of a product development team, is accountable for making a number of decisions every day.
• Practical experience with product development architecture.
• Strong knowledge of how to employ analytical tools.
• Ability to prioritize the product development process.
• Excellent understanding of the principles of user-centered design.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken, for collaborating with different teams.
• Working well in huge teams.
• Knowledge of design quality guidelines.
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
• organizational skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Ability to work with cross-site teams.
• Should have demonstrated prior experience in putting together Proof of Concepts for technology demonstration.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication ability to communicate with the development team and the management.
