Senior Staff Engineer, Cloud - Infrastructure

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding the clients" business use cases and technical requirements and translating them into technical designs that elegantly meet the requirements. You will also need to identify different solutions and select the best option that aligns with the clients" needs. Additionally, you will define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation, review design documents, and ensure that best practices are followed in architecture and design. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding clients" business use cases and technical requirements and translating them into technical designs - Identifying different solutions and selecting the best option for clients" requirements - Defining guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation - Writing and reviewing design documents, ensuring best practices are followed - Reviewing architecture and design aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and non-functional requirements - Developing and designing solutions for functional and non-functional requirements - Understanding technology integration scenarios and applying learnings in projects - Resolving issues raised during code/review through systematic analysis of the root cause - Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure suggested designs/technologies meet the requirements Qualification Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Additional Company Details: Nagarro is a Digital Product Engineering company that is rapidly expanding.
