The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AIOps platforms, event correlation, service mapping, and integration of monitoring tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, automation experience, and the ability to drive observability and operational intelligence across hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Qualys environment, with a strong focus on patch management, asset management, agent deployment, and automation through scripting. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Qualys platform administration and troubleshooting. .
