Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various Lateral and Leadership roles within the [24]7.ai BPO sector.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for lateral hires including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner closely with operations leaders and HR business partners to understand role requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Sourcing Strategy:
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract high-quality candidates.
Screening & Assessment:
Conduct competency-based interviews and pre-screenings to evaluate candidates suitability for BPO leadership and support roles.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate hiring dashboards and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree any specialization.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Lateral hiring talent acquisition..
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
