Senior Specialist SCM

As a key player in our operations team, you'll spearhead new product introductions, managing the critical ramp-up phase to ensure production readiness and timely customer deliveries. Your expertise in change management will be crucial as you oversee projects that seamlessly integrate new processes into our existing production landscape. Additionally, you'll take charge of supply chain and product Master Data, creating and maintaining essential information to facilitate automated supply chain operations in mass production. Your role will be pivotal in streamlining our processes, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• New product introduction: manage ramp-up of new products, ensuring production readiness and customer delivery fulfilment.
• Change management: manage change management projects, ensuring seamless integration into existing production processes.
• Manage supply chain and product Master Data creation and maintenance, enabling automated supply chain in mass production.
• Lead cross functional team discussions and projects related to supply chain solution implementation, operational topics, logistics and customer sampling.
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A university degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a preference for experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent and confident in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with data visualization tools and be able to create simple reports using Tableau, Power BI, etc.
