Basware, the global leader in Invoice Lifecycle Management, is seeking a curious, creative, and content-savvy Senior Knowledge Specialist to join our Customer Experience (CX) team — and play a key role in how we scale and share what we know.In this role, you’ll help turn Basware’s collective experience into clear, reliable knowledge that empowers teams and partners across the world. From translating complex topics into easy-to-understand guides, to shaping how we capture and share best practices, you’ll be the catalyst behind a stronger, smarter knowledge culture at Basware.You’ll work closely with subject matter experts across Sales, Product, Services, and Support, as well as enablement and training leads, to ensure the right people have access to the right knowledge at the right time — whether they’re a new hire, a seasoned consultant, or a delivery partner preparing to implement our latest SaaS capabilities.If you love writing, learning, and coaching others to do the same — and you thrive in fast-paced environments where AI and automation are reshaping how work gets done — this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Shape and manage our knowledge assets — from templates and playbooks to step-by-step guides and FAQs — to ensure content is clear, consistent, and continuously evolving.
  • Translate complex and often technical subject matter into content that is relevant, easy to understand, and useful across roles and regions.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps, promote best practices, and ensure critical insights are captured, published, and reused.
  • Support content creators and SMEs with coaching and review — you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity.
  • Maintain our knowledge platform (e.g., WeGrow), drive adoption, and help shape the way people access, easily find, and contribute to knowledge.
  • Build engaging knowledge experiences using tools (e.g., SharePoint, Wegrow, LMS tools), and experiment with new formats and approaches to scale content delivery — including the smart use of AI and automation.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, enablement, or training — ideally in a SaaS, professional services, or customer success environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a passion for making the complex simple.
  • A creative and structured approach to building great knowledge experiences — from authoring content to designing intuitive SharePoint pages or other similar resource hubs.
  • Familiarity with knowledge platforms (e.g., WeGrow, Confluence, SharePoint) and how they support content lifecycle management.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset — you love learning, spotting gaps, and helping others grow.
  • Bonus points if you’ve used AI or automation tools in a knowledge, training, or documentation context.
