Job Description

As a Senior Knowledge Specialist at Basware, the global leader in Invoice Lifecycle Management, you will be a crucial member of the Customer Experience (CX) team, contributing to the scaling and sharing of knowledge within the organization. Your role will involve translating complex topics into easily understandable guides, shaping the capture and dissemination of best practices, and fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing at Basware. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts from various departments such as Sales, Product, Services, and Support, as well as enablement and training leads, you will ensure that relevant knowledge is accessible to the right individuals at the right time. Whether it's a new hire, an experienced consultant, or a delivery partner gearing up to implement the latest SaaS capabilities, you will play a pivotal role in empowering teams and partners globally. In this dynamic role, you will create and maintain user-friendly knowledge assets like how-to guides, FAQs, and SOPs. Additionally, you will work with support agents, consultants, and trainers to document repeatable solutions and known issues, providing coaching and quality reviews to enhance clarity and consistency. Your responsibilities will also include the maintenance and enhancement of knowledge platforms such as WeGrow, SharePoint, and various LMS tools to improve accessibility and usability. Embracing innovation, you will experiment with new formats and approaches, including the integration of AI and automation to optimize content delivery. To excel in this position, you should ideally possess 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management or technical documentation, particularly in a SaaS or customer success setting. Strong writing and editing skills focusing on clarity and usability are essential, along with familiarity with knowledge platforms like WeGrow, Confluence, SharePoint, and LMS tools such as Moodle or SAP Litmos. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be key, and any additional certifications in ITIL, KCS, or technical writing would be advantageous.
