About the Role :
We are currently seeking a Professional - Financial Analysis to support our divisional operations
This role works directly with the Finance Leadership to deliver core business analysis and metrics for the division The Professional will help ensure timely and accurate management reporting, th-end reporting and running business process function If you are a clear communicator, detail-oriented, organized with effective time management skills, and de strate a willingness to learn with a strong work ethic, this role is for you
What this job involves:
Oversee the execution and tracking of AR, AP, and QA workstreams
Support the Finance Director with th-end close activities, helping ensure integrity and accuracy of reported results and reconciliation across financial systems
Assist in reviewing thly deliverables for accuracy and adherence to agreed timescales
Flag potential risks to the Finance Leadership during preparation of thly deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
Help prepare thly reporting compliance packages including variance analysis, supporting schedules, and forward-looking commentary inclusive of risks and opportunities to contractual budget
Develop understanding of client and corporate financial requirements
Support the revenue recognition process accuracy and compliance with contract terms
Assist in accounts receivable management and follow up on AR over 30 days past due
Help itor cash management procedures for accounts receivable/payable
Participate in maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard the organizations financial assets; other internal controls-related programs (zero leaks, account reviews, FRMC findings, etc)
Assist with documentation of policies and procedures
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required
Work toward developing comprehensive understanding of finance systems and processes
Sounds like youTo apply you need:
Bachelor s Degree or higher in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc)
Professional certification progress (working toward CPA or CA) preferred
4+ years related experience, preferably in a large company environment
Basic knowledge of US GAAP
Strong project & time management skills with willingness to learn and adapt
Developing leadership skills with ability to collaborate effectively
Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, financial planning software) and familiarity with ERP systems
Analytical skills to examine financial data, identify patterns, and support insights
Team-oriented attitude with ability to work under tight deadlines
Problem-solving skills to help address internal customers needs
Self-starter mentality with attention to detail
Accuracy and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
