Job Description

As an travel & expense executive, you will be responsible for timely audit of employee related expenses as per the company policy. You will have to prepare T&E reports for internal stakeholders and management review. Additionally, you would be responsible for managing Corporate Card Administration related activities. You will need to undertake the activity for 1099 reporting and would also be responsible for providing customer service for employee queries.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Auditing of Expense Reports

  • Auditing of expense reports in Concur.
  • Check for any policy non-compliance and highlight the same to employee.
  • Processing of employee reimbursements as per the scheduled time.

Corporate Card Administration

  • Issuance of Corporate Credit cards basis approval.
  • Processing increases in card limits after seeking necessary approvals.
  • Closing of cards due to termination or non-compliance.

Reporting & Helpdesk

  • Preparation of monthly reporting for management review.
  • Preparation of reports for internal stakeholders like spend reports.
  • Managing the travel tool pertaining to travel booking.
  • Processing of 1099 reporting.
  • Providing helpdesk support to both external and internal clients.
  • Supporting audit as per requirement.

Qualification & Competencies

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Experience

1-4 years of experience in invoice processing preferably in Shared Services environment.

Functional & Behavioural Competencies

  • Should have worked in P2P process handling various activities like accurate invoice processing, vendor payments, query resolution, month end accounting entries.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Should have experience of working in SAP, Concur & Blackline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Should have ability to prioritize work and take quality decisions.
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other related applications

Shift Timing - 4.30pm - 1.30am

Office Location - Goregaon (Nesco)

Candidates living within 15km radius will be preferred.
