As a Senior Specialist Account Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing long-term client relationships within the enterprise software industry. Skills Required: - Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. - Strategic thinking and sales acumen with a focus on enterprise software industry needs. - Strong project management skills and knowledge of software development lifecycles. - Financial acumen to track and manage account profitability. - Problem-solving and risk mitigation skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting tools. - Advanced presentation and negotiation skills. Moreover, as part of your role, you will be expected to produce the following deliverables: - Account Engagement Report summarizing client interactions and key takeaways. - Stakeholder Map identifying key decision-makers within client organizations. - Strategic Account Plan outlining growth opportunities and roadmap for account expansion. - Service Delivery Dashboard tracking project progress and milestones. - Revenue Forecasting Report predicting revenue growth trends. - Risk Mitigation Plan outlining identified risks and mitigation strategies. - Monthly/Quarterly Account Review providing detailed reports on account performance. - Transition Plan for New Engagements documenting steps for onboarding new projects. - Resource Utilization Report tracking team allocation and productivity for client engagements.
