Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

The Senior Solution Consultant will be responsible for:

  1. Architect and conceptualize the solution from initiation to completion meeting client requirements
  2. Understand full tech architecture of the virtual assistants, suggest improvements / changes as and when required. Lead, Plan & Gather Business Requirements for the required solution.
  3. Mentor other solution consultants in the team on process, people and technology aspects as necessary
  4. Take personal responsibility for E2E delivery of the requirements collaborating closely with business and technical team members (Architects, Product/Engineering Team,, Data Engineers, Analytics Developers, Testers, PM/Scrum Masters and Customer to deliver a solution that meets/exceeds partner expectations
  5. Work with customer and their integration partners to ensure the product is well integrated
  6. Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
  7. Ensure clients change requests are addressed effectively in a timely manner
  8. Provide resolutions to tech support issues within the defined SLAs
  9. Identify issues by looking at debug logs from various internal and external sources

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. 3-10 years of experience.

    Should have done Btech/BE from Tier-1 college.

  2. Well-versed with the working of API Testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI etc.
  3. Good presentation and documentation skills, hands-on knowledge on report making
  4. Thorough knowledge of REST/SOAP/OData APIs
  5. Coding / scripting experience with NodeJs / similar framework
  6. Experience with databases (preferably NoSQL databases such as MongoDB)
  7. Experience using spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets / Excel etc.
  8. Team mentoring experience
  9. Candidate must be willing to work overlapping hours to cover the EST timezone.

Good to have

  1. Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs for product development is a plus
  2. Knowledge/Experience in building Chatbots using publicly available bot platforms like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc
  3. Knowledge of fundamentals of Natural Language processing is a plus
  4. Experience with data analysis techniques and data analysis software such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana etc

Soft skills required

  1. Good interpersonal communication skills (Preferably English). Ability to interface with clients and articulate the solutions in simple & clear language
  2. Out-of-the-box thinking
  3. Analytical mindset
  4. Team leadership
