Company Description : Leena AI is a Gen AI assistant that helps enterprises reduce 70% of employee tickets across functions like HR, IT, and Finance by centralizing knowledge and automating actions across enterprise applications making enterprise employee service delivery quicker and more efficient than ever before. Responsibilities : - Execute full lifecycle software development as a backend developer. - Develop well-designed, testable, and efficient code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems. - Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. - Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Ensure the security and data protection of the applications. - Continuously research and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. - Candidate must be willing to work overlapping hours to cover the EST timezone. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a Tier 1 college or university (IIT or NIT Only) - 3-6 years of experience in software development. - Experience in Electron or other Windows app development frameworks. - Proficiency in Node.js, C#, or JavaScript . - Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash. - Familiarity with Active Directory management and integration is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
