What you will do:
Technical Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of software components in alignment with requirements and architecture definedApply and mentor others on advanced engineering theories, principles, and conceptsConduct, design, and select advanced prototyping and testingLead and guide in the correction of complex product design issuesConduct technology exploration and influence application in the businessTranslate user needs to design inputs/ specifications and produce complex system level designs independentlyDevelop a number of invention disclosures, patents or trade secretsIndependently make design tradeoff decisions while designing multiple components of the systemAbility to generate and review the necessary documents with project teams. (requirements/design/architecture/bugs/test)

Work cooperatively with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing and Project Management to ensure project success, both leading and influencing other leaders on the teamIdentify and lead the creation of or improvements to procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology requiredExecute and lead segments of complex product development to advance projects through the designdevelopment/launch processContribute to complex product development through release and lead one technical area of expertiseHold self and others accountable to deliver high-quality results with passion, energy and drive to meet business prioritiesMentor, develop and inspire others in current and future rolesLead code reviews for systems applying design principles, coding standards and best practicesMinimum Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline & 12+ years of work experiencePreferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):

• 12+ Software Development experience with 5-7 years of experience in Windows-based Applications
• 5+ years of experience as a technical architect.
• Solid hands-on experience in OOAD, OOPS concepts, C#, WPF, Multi-threading, and communication protocols with .Net Framework 4.0/4.5 & .Net Core.
• Good hands-on experience in the Design and Development of User Interfaces using MVVM (Model View View Model) and Data Binding.
• Strong hold on Architecture Designing, Design Patterns & UML
• Good exposure in multi-tiered application development and databases.
• Knowledge of native languages and components C/ C++/VC++, Win 32 API, COM.
• Experience in writing COM interoperability and wrapper applications in C# and C++.
• Hands-on experience in Medical Industry communication protocols FHIR, HL7 & DICOM
• Experience in Device Communication protocols & Tele-conferencing.
• Experience in Integration of Electronic Health Record (EHREMR) Systems.
• Experience in Video Integration Software.
• Knowledge of third-party tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, JIRA, PTC Integrity, Cruise Control, Visual Studio Enterprise, ANTS etc.
• Well-versed with Software Dev-Ops practices.
• Good understanding of SDLC process around new product development
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in working with distributed teams across geographies
