1 6 to 8 years of strong embedded C and C/C++ software development experience including designing, programming, debugging, and testing in embedded products.
2 . Excellent software design and implementation skills.
3 . Experience in cross compiler, Firmware development, board bring up activities.
4 . Hands on Experience in embedded SW development using C/C++ for 16/32-bit micro-controllers – Infineon, NXP, Renesas, etc.) .
5 . Working experience in real RTOS in micro-controller.
6 . Working knowledge on Communication interfaces like CAN, SPI, UART, I2C, USB etc.
7 . Experience with Real-time embedded operating systems and design principles.
8 . Deep understanding of 16-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers ( C167CR, C167SR. MX RT1171 , MX RT1172 etc.) .
9 . Hands-on development and troubleshooting experience on embedded systems.
10 . Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
11 . Ability to use object-oriented systems composed of objects that communicate with one another using explicitly designed interfaces, an (OO) methodologies.
12 . Experience in Continuous Integration tools like SVN, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, BitBucket, Jira etc.
13 . Experience debugging embedded hardware/software low-level issues.
14 . Must have experience in model-driven development for creating and maintaining software and design in Rational Rhapsody / Visual Paradigm / UML based tool.
15 . Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
16 . Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
1 . Ability to work independently or with a group and self-motivated.
2 . Work in an agile environment.
3 . Good to have rail signaling domain knowledge.
