Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for Support Engineer L2 with 5+ years of experience in . NET Core and have worked in Cloud environment, preferably AWS. This role involves resolving complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and identifying permanent fixes to recurring problems. The candidate should be able to debug code, collaborate with delivery teams, and handle service requests effectively. Must be open to working in shifts if required. Key Responsibilities : Handle second-level production issues and service requests. Perform in-depth diagnostics and root cause analysis. Develop quick fixes or patches to resolve issues promptly. Monitor application health and proactively resolve potential bottlenecks. Prepare incident reports and implement permanent fixes or preventive measures. Provide technical mentoring to L1 engineers. Open to working in shift if required. Skills : Programming : C, . NET Core Environment: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git Support : Experience in incident, problem, and service resolution Cloud : Experience with AWS services (such as EC2, S3, AWS CloudWatch etc. ) and Azure Qualifications: Bachelor degree in computer science or related disciplines. 5+ years of strong experience in application support with . NET Core and AWS/Azure. Familiar with cloud-native services (preferably AWS). Soft Skills: Ability to quickly debug, resolve, and respond to production issues under pressure. Collaborative team player who can handle responsibilities independently when required. Good communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and service delivery teams. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and responsibilities. Work Experience ASP. NET Core, AWS/Azure, Handle L2 support
