We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer, to help drive agility improvements across the Enterprise Sydney Platform team. This role requires a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset to identify and solve engineering challenges that impact delivery speed and customer outcomes.
Key Challenges You’ll Tackle: Fragmented tooling and delivery pipelines. Gaps in engineering ownership and accountability.
Need for scalable agility frameworks and metrics.

Lead technical efforts to improve agility and engineering velocity.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide best practices.
Analyze delivery metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering managers to align technical solutions with agility goals.
Deliver high-impact features and infrastructure improvements.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.

Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor others.

Experience driving improvements in agile development environments.

Solid problem-solving skills and a bias for action.

Ability to work across teams and influence engineering culture.
Preferred Qualifications:

8–12 years of experience in software engineering.
