Senior Software Engineer- Java

Caplink is an internet based application built on Angular and Java microservices. We need a Java developer with GWT and Cloud knowledge, who can contribute for the enhancements for Caplink. This position is key for us to complete the deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Java, Angular, Spring Boot,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features and enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that code meets quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, including cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular.
• Implement security features such as authentication and authorization using Spring Security.
• Implement database access and management using Hibernate and other ORM frameworks.
• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.

• 7 to 9 years total experience
• Expert in Core Java, J2EE, Junit and Micro services & Webservices (API), Spring Boot, Spring related frameworks, Hibernate, Design Patterns, and other Java concepts such as multithreading, concurrency and data structures.
• Good knowledge in GWT
• Good knowledge in Cloud concepts
• Experience in writing testcases (Jasmine & Karma)
• Exposure to SQL Server (SQL queries, Packages, stored procedures, functions and database modeling) and performance tuning
• Exposure to Angular, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
