Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – Java Backend Developer Position: Senior Software Engineer Experience: 4-7 years Category: Software Development/ Engineering Main location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full Time Responsibilities: Candidate must have an agile mindset and should have 4 + Yrs of good hands on with Java development Proven working experience in Java development Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc) Experience with Java backend, Micron Framework / Microservices using Spring Boot, SQL, Postman, Restful webservices. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Experience in Spring Framework Understanding of Agile methodologies Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Participate in requirements analysis Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture Test and deploy applications and systems Revise, update, refactor and debug code Improve existing software Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) Attention to details CGI is an equal opportunity employer.
