Senior Software Engineer II, Salesforce

As a Senior Software Engineer II at Marriott Tech Accelerator center in Hyderabad, India, your role will involve providing technical and solution architecture expertise to deliver critical capabilities in an enterprise platform. You will be responsible for defining scalable and secure system solutions, conducting research, analysis, design, and implementation of applications to meet user requirements, and creating innovative solutions using leading-edge technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide deep expertise in defining architectural and technical software solutions - Offer recommendations on future state system development technologies and tools - Mentor and train team members on best practices - Ensure compliance with application development tools and processes - Create technical solutions for complex business needs and estimate level of effort required - Validate requirements completeness and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards - Coordinate with IT and vendor relations teams for deployment and support activities - Follow IT governance standards and provide input for process improvements - Manage Service Providers, validate project plans, and monitor outcomes - Review estimates of work effort provided by Service Providers - Resolve service delivery problems in a timely manner **Qualifications Required:** - 6-8 years of software development experience using Java, Javascript, Python - 4+ years of experience in developing architecture solutions for enterprise-level systems - 4+ years of experience with cloud-native services, scalability, security, automation, CI/CD, and public cloud platforms - 5+ years of experience with relational and non-relational databases - 3+ years of experience with messaging platforms like MQ and/or Kafka - 4+ years of experience implementing MDM or PIM solutions or Enterprise Search platform - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relations skills - Experience in the e-commerce domain and with the Stibo platform - Relevant technology certifications This role at Marriott Tech Accelerator center offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on technological innovation and growth.,
