Your responsibilities will include providing 24x7 support availability for Priority 1 and 2 issues. It is essential to have expertise in the Lucidworks Fusion platform and possess strong experience in Incident and Problem Management. As a self-driven professional, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage customer expectations effectively and ensure ticket resolution within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA). You should be able to quickly gain or develop knowledge of the specific implementation of the Lucidworks Search platform and associated interfacing systems to support production issues. The team you will be a part of should be capable of taking ownership, collaborating, and working across multiple application stacks to resolve issues. Non-core issues are expected to be resolved by your team, while core issues will be addressed with the Lucidworks 24x7 support team via Zendesk. The role requires Level-2 (L2) and Level-3 (L3) Incident Management and Production Support for the Search platform powered by Lucidworks Fusion. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of relevant experience and should be able to work in the shift timings of 12 PM to 9 PM IST. This position offers remote work mode and is open to candidates located anywhere in PAN India.
