Skills & Experience: 8–10 years in IT operations or technical project management. 4+ years as an SRE managing high-availability systems, with 2+ years in public cloud (preferably AWS). Strong programming experience in Java, Python, Go, Perl, Bash. Deep expertise in SRE practices: SLOs, Error Budgets, Incident Response, Capacity Planning. Proficient in Agile, CI/CD, Jira, Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment. Experience with observability tools and security frameworks (ISO27001, SOC II, PCI-DSS, HIPAA). Familiar with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS architectures. Strong collaboration skills across global teams (US & India). Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage change, and lead process alignment.
