Senior Software Engineer

As a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer at Growexx, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable, high-performance software systems. Your role will involve driving architectural decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the strategic direction of the technology stack to deliver impactful solutions that empower customers. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of core platform features and services, architect scalable and maintainable systems focusing on performance, security, and reliability. Collaborating with product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will mentor and support junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. Your expertise in data-intensive applications, analytics platforms, or AI/ML systems, familiarity with event-driven architectures and streaming technologies such as Kafka and Pulsar, and contributions to open-source projects or technical publications will be valuable. Proficiency in modern programming languages like Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java, along with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), distributed systems, microservices, and API design will be essential. You should also have proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices. In terms of education and experience, a B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or BCA degree coupled with 5+ years of professional experience in Python development, particularly focusing on backend systems, is required. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential for this role.
