Role Overview: You will be joining a passionate team dedicated to building a state-of-the-art EduTech platform for a leading impact-driven organization. As a seasoned software engineer, you will work directly with clients to enable them to grow their EduTech platform. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and managing various areas within the project such as web development, mobile development, and DevOps. While you will have ownership and responsibility for the project, you will also receive support from team members whenever needed. Key Responsibilities: - Problem Solving and Solution Design: - Write clear and comprehensive PRDs, demonstrating a deep understanding of problem statements and the ability to design effective technical solutions. - Client Communication: - Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, effectively communicating project progress and technical decisions. - Work Pipeline Management: - Proactively plan and manage the project's work pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of tasks and a sustainable workload. Aim to increase billable hours progressively. - Independent Project Management: - Take full ownership of the project, driving technical direction and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. - Product Enhancement: - Continuously evaluate and improve the product and system, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying and implementing enhancements. Qualification Required: - Technical Hands-on: - You must be hands-on with the technicalities and able to help the team with technical problems. - Strong Technical Expertise: - Proven experience leading technical projects and delivering high-quality solutions. - Independent Work Ethic: - Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive projects forward without constant supervision. - Strategic Thinking: - Ability to think strategically about the product and system, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. - Excellent Communication Skills: - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Problem-Solving Skills: - Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective technical solutions. - Passion for the Craft: - A genuine love for coding and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. - Pragmatic Approach: - A believer in the principles of Pragmatic Programming, emphasizing practicality, efficiency, and clean code. - Positive Attitude: - A fun-loving and energetic individual who enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a positive team environment.
