Senior Software Engineer

As a seasoned software engineer, your role involves collaborating with clients to enhance their EduTech platform through your technical expertise. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing various project aspects such as web development, mobile development, and DevOps. While you will have ownership of the project, team members will provide assistance whenever necessary. Your duties will encompass problem-solving, solution design, client communication, work pipeline management, independent project management, and product enhancement. You will be expected to write clear PRDs, maintain client relationships, manage work pipeline efficiently, drive technical direction, and continuously enhance the product and system. The project specifications include utilizing a tech stack comprising Django, React, React Native, and WordPress, along with basic DevOps skills. The role also offers opportunities to explore Artificial Intelligence use cases. Required skills and experience entail being technically proficient, demonstrating strong technical leadership, possessing an independent work ethic, strategic thinking, effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, passion for coding, embracing pragmatic programming principles, and maintaining a positive attitude. The position requires candidates to be located in Gurgaon, Dehradun, Tehri, or Dwarahat, with a willingness to relocate if necessary. This on-site role involves collaborating with existing technical teams to address technical debt, implement process improvements, and mentor and upskill teams.
