Senior Software Engineer

Your role will involve managing projects end-to-end, writing clean and efficient code, optimizing application performance, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take complete ownership of modules and projects, managing them from requirement gathering to production deployment. - Write clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code following best practices. - Optimize application performance at both database and application levels. - Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance the team's technical capabilities. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards. **Required Technical Skills:** - Backend: Laravel, Core PHP, REST APIs, Queues, Artisan commands. - Database: MySQL (query optimization, schema design, indexing). - Frontend: jQuery, Bootstrap for creating clean and responsive UIs. - Optional but Strongly Preferred: React (SPA/components, basic state management), Git, API integrations, basic Linux, and cloud familiarity.
