Senior Software Engineer

As a Software Engineering Manager, your main role will involve overseeing back-end and/or front-end teams with at least 6 years of management experience. You should have a strong proficiency in Javascript and experience with UI frameworks such as Angular or React, along with knowledge of Node.js and related frameworks like Express and socket.io. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to integrate APIs, translating designs into code, building reusable components, optimizing applications for performance, and implementing code versioning tools like Git. You should also be familiar with agile development practices, automated testing platforms, and unit tests. Qualifications required for this position include a minimum of BTech/BE or MCA degree, experience as a tech lead, excellent communication and organization skills, 8-10 years of experience in Software Development, and at least 7 years of lead/management experience.
