• Lead

  : APIs, services, and data models using Node.js / Python + PostgreSQL on AWS.
• Guide

  AI-assisted workflows

  : leverage Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot to accelerate development while enforcing quality.
• Design

  agentic apps

  : workflows with tool use, function calling, memory, and RAG pipelines.
• Mentor the team: coach interns and developers on backend best practices and AI-first coding.
• Ensure

  deployment and reliability

  : CI/CD, infra-as-code, automated testing, and monitoring.

• 6–10 years of backend experience (Node.js or Python, SQL/Postgres, AWS).
• Strong grasp of

  system design, scalability, and architecture patterns

  .
• Ability to

  review and refine AI-generated code

  for production readiness.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs, CopilotKit) or eagerness to learn.
• Tech lead mindset — ownership of decisions, trade-offs, and reviews.

• Experience with

  AI copilots, agent workflows, or RAG-based systems

• Exposure to DevOps (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Built Next.js dashboards/admin panels.

• Work on
