Job Description

At EagerMinds, we build modern products at the intersection of AI and AWS, from cost-optimisation agents to compliance automation and AI-powered financial tools.

We move fast, design scalable systems, and use LLMs to supercharge development.

Your Role

Build and manage AWS infrastructure (Lambda, ECS, RDS, VPC).
Deploy backend services built on Node.js / Python.
Work with Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs.
Help design AI agents and automation workflows.
Contribute to dashboards and internal tools using Next.js.
Deploy reliably using Terraform, CI/CD, and monitoring.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience with AWS + backend development.
Strong with Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, RDS/DynamoDB.
Knowledge of TypeScript/Python & serverless patterns.
Interest in AI-driven development and agentic workflows.

Nice to Have

Experience with Claude/OpenAI agents or LangChain.
Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
Basic Next.js.
