What You’ll Do

• Build fully automated

  PR validation pipelines

  using

  Azure DevOps

  and

  GitHub Copilot

  to accelerate code generation and review workflows

• Collaborate with engineers to design testable architectures

  and shift testing left
• Define and implement

  quality gates

  — static analysis, test coverage, runtime validation, and telemetry
• Integrate

  AI/ML

  to drive intelligent testing: flaky test detection, test selection, and defect prediction
• Build and maintain

  test infrastructure

  for performance, reliability, and regression testing
• Champion engineering best practices around

  code quality, testability, observability, and automation.
