RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Senior Software Consultant for the Information Technology team to join in Chennai Position Responsibilities: Test Planning and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. Design test cases and scenarios that effectively cover all aspects of the software, including functional, performance, and regression testing. Test Execution: Execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality, stability, and performance. Identify, isolate, and document defects with clear and concise steps to reproduce. Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase efficiency and coverage. Work towards continuous improvement of automated testing processes. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of testing requirements. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process. Reporting and Documentation: Generate detailed test reports and documentation to communicate testing results and progress. Provide feedback on product quality and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, testing methodologies, and tools to bring new insights and best practices to the team. Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the QA team.
