Senior Site Supervisor

Position: Senior Site Supervisor / Contractor (Civil)

Location: Zirakpur ,Punjab

Reporting To: Client / Architect

Project Type: [Residential apartments ]

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the on-site point of contact for coordinating civil and finishing works.

Interpret and implement architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately on site.

Coordinate with the design team and suggest modifications where required, including making updates in AutoCAD.

Supervise day-to-day activities of subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors to ensure timely execution.

Ensure quality control, material usage, and adherence to structural and material specifications.

Prepare material requirement sheets and maintain site records.

Monitor and manage construction ratios, curing schedules, and structural safety practices.

Support the architects/designers by providing timely feedback, photos, and progress updates from the ground.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in site supervision and execution of civil construction projects.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for making on-site drawing adjustments.

Hands-on experience with construction materials, concrete mix ratios, and site-level decision-making.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Prior experience managing both structure and finishing works will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

A proactive individual with strong technical understanding, capable of managing teams, vendors, and reporting directly to the client and design team. The candidate should be dependable, solution-oriented, and able to independently handle the site execution in alignment with the architectural intent.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹11,374.78 - ₹46,583.25 per month

• Weekend availability
• Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
